How do I contact Sabra Culture Staff?

Do you have free events?

Yes, from time to time we do organize free events.  They are announced to our subscribers on our mailing list.  Please JOIN our mailing list HERE

Do you store my financial information?

We DO NOT store any of your financial information.  Your credit cards and PayPal information are stored in a platform called Stripe and we do not have any access to them.  We cannot charge your accounts on your behalf.

Are you a charity/non-profit organization?

We are a privately funded initiative by our Founder, Rina Levy.  We are a not-for-profit organization, not a 501( 3)c i.e., we are not a charity and do not seek donations.  Our classes are taught by highly skilled teachers who get paid for their work.  Our participants pay reasonable fees to cover our expenses.  We do not seek profits and we also offer financial help to people with financial needs who want to join our classes and/or events and cannot afford it.

Who runs Sabra Culture?

Our founder Rina Levy runs this initiative as a non-salaried volunteer and the sole investor.  She uses part time professionals and volunteers to help her when needed. 

Is anyone funding you?

No. As a not-for-profit independent organization, we are self-funded and we are not affiliated nor supported by any organization.  Our sole source of income is from participants fees in our classes and events.

How can I help you grow?

We are delighted that you want to help.  We want to reach out to Israelis in the U.S. who will enjoy our programs.  If you want to help, spread the word and volunteer in our marketing efforts, please contact us HERE.

Do you offer discounts and promotions?

Yes, from time to time we do, depending on the circumstances.  We also offer special rates for those who want to join our activities and cannot afford it.  Please contact us HERE.

Do you send reminders for events and classes?

Yes, we do it closer to the date of the class or event in the form of calendar invites and/or emails.  We also send the link to the online Zoom classes usually on the day of the event.

Where do I find my Zoom link?

All of our classes (except when noted) have the same Zoom link for every class. You can find the link in the calendar invites, the emails you get from us, you may store the link at a convenient location on your device to easily retrieve it, you may rely on Zoom’s history of sessions you attended. Note that every zoom link is composed of 2 components: meeting ID and a password. You can continue to reuse them for your convenience.

What is your refund policy?

We will gladly refund your money in case we cancel a class or an event or if you are dissatisfied with the class and you do not want to continue the next classes provided you paid for the full class in advance.  If you have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us HERE.
