An informative evening with Dr. Abraham (Avri) Ravid about investments in volatile markets. Avri is a professor of finance at Yeshiva University, specializing in bankruptcies, mergers, firm financing and the media industries. He is currently working on market volatility indices.
Avri had previous appointments at the University of Chicago, Yale, Cornell, NYU, Wharton, UCLA, Rutgers and Haifa University. He has published more than 50 articles in major journals in finance, economics and marketing. Avri is frequently cited in the press.
The evening will run in Hebrew via Zoom. It is a free event but registration is required. The format will be an open presentation about the current situation followed by questions and comments.
